Meet the Team!

Sneha Roy

I will soon be a 9th grader, in Clements High School in Sugar Land, TX. I aspire to pursue a career in medicine, and I believe this volunteer role is a meaningful step towards that journey.  My parents introduced me to volunteering from my 5th grade. Since then I am doing small , small volunteering at my Church, School and Communities near to where we live.  I love  to join ShoesOverSocks because of my experience caring for my grandmother. I understand how much of an impact small acts of kindness can have on an individual's well-being, and I am committed to making that same positive difference for others.

Helping senior citizens is not only deeply rewarding but also plays an important role in enhancing their quality of life. It supports their independence and provides companionship thereby helping reduce loneliness and depression.

Hi, my name is Saanvi Yeruva and I am currently a 9th grader in Colorado.  I support the mission of ShoesoverSocks because I think it is a wonderful thing to make someone's day a little brighter with a small gesture or thoughtful bit of care. I am excited to see this organization grow in Colorado and see how big of an impact we can make going forward.
